🍀“Taian 大安” — an Auspicious Day

The theme of the meeting was “Taian 大安 — An Auspicious Day.” 🎊 Since September 26 fell on Taian, it was the perfect theme for the day. In keeping with the theme, our Grammarian chose “auspicious” as the Word of the Day.

🌊Fight or Flee

In “Fight or Flee,” we heard how quickly AI is catching up with us — from mathematicians to Hollywood actors. AI makes life easier, but it can also threaten jobs and motivation. The speech made us think: How can we ride the AI wave instead of being left behind? 

⏳The Clock That Matters

We learned how little time we may have left to slow global warming. With floods, typhoons, and other disasters becoming more serious, the speech reminded us that this issue is already affecting our lives. One important message was simple: keep talking about climate change so we don’t forget the urgency. 🌱
