Our speaker reflected on the challenges and experiences of starting a career in Japan and shared how those experiences now inspire them to support other international colleagues facing similar difficulties. It was a thoughtful and inspiring speech.

🤝 Creating the Best Club Climate

What makes a great club environment? Drawing on personal experiences in Toastmasters, our speaker introduced four important elements: good examples, constructive feedback, a safe environment to speak, and inclusion.

The theme for this Table Topics session was ⏳ Time Travel!

With imaginative questions such as, “What would you do if you traveled 1,000 years into the future?” and “What would you do if you could go back in time?”, we enjoyed a fun and creative round of impromptu speeches. 🚀
