The meeting was promptly announced on time by President C.E. and followed by introduction by TMoM, M.A.

One guest, N.N. was welcomed and introduced to the members. 

For the meeting theme, “Routines” was introduced by TMoM to the members, with explanation on its background and motivation. 

TM C.E. introduced a Word-of-the-day “Ingrained”, followed by the introduction of key roles for the meeting. 

In the Educational Session, the first prepared Speaker, TM M.K. talked about the essential purpose and value of the TM Mentorship, pointing out its analogy to the widely recognized Ten Things to Do for Self-Motivation, and encouraged members to challenge undertaking the role of Mentor. 

The second prepared Speaker, TM Z.K., talked about the encounters with unforgettable people who had bestowed precious guidance for him, and referred to them as examples of Mentors in action.

The Table-Topic session was conducted by TM B.S. based on the meeting theme. 

Five interesting questions were presented to members: daily routine, occupational routine, routines for good luck, stories of past routines, hardest routine to acquire, every morning routine, etc. All the members enjoyed the session very much. 

In the Evaluation Session, TM. H.Y. appraised the technique of good and effective comparison used in the speech given by TM M.K., and suggested to include some ideas on the missions of Mentors. 

TM. C.E., as the second evaluator, appraised the structure and story-flow of the speech given by TM Z.K.,, and suggested simplification of sentences and effective use of the speaking stage.   

The meeting was concluded after a short quiz session conducted by TM. M.K.
